Frank Cage

Creative Director

Frank’s career spans more than two decades, marked by a strategic, behind-the-scenes approach that has opened doors to collaborations with national brands like Ford and Procter & Gamble. His work has extended to media coverage projects with the NFL and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, alongside Grammy Award–winning artists. His impact has earned national congressional recognition, and local community business awards. His dedication to his hometown has helped raise more than $4 million for development projects aimed at igniting growth in Downtown Lima.
 

Frank’s passion for design and creativity began in childhood, when art became his outlet for expressing and releasing boundless ideas. Today, his purpose is to inspire others to live with intention and create without limits—fostering meaning and purpose in everything they do.
 

A lifelong resident of Lima, Ohio, Frank has been committed to serving his community through creativity since 2008. He has used his design expertise to elevate local businesses, nonprofits, and organizations, helping them communicate their message with clarity and impact. Deeply rooted in Lima, he takes pride in using his talents to help others achieve their goals while contributing to the city’s growth and vibrancy.
 

Frank’s passion for creative work is matched only by his commitment to his faith in God. He continually seeks ways to give back and make a difference in the lives of others. His guiding motto: in all things, #create_freely.

Tug Taviano

Marketing Specialist

Tug, with a personality as big as his name, has spent over 20 years creatively marketing national tours, real estate, and charitable events, building relationships with pro athletes and Grammy-winning artists along the way. His journey began by hosting local events to support food banks and grew into a nationwide career promoting concerts and charitable endeavors. Through his efforts, Tug has helped raise over $1 million for charities, blending his passions for live events and philanthropy. 

Tug, a lifelong resident of Lima, Ohio, is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community that shaped him. Over the years, he has channeled his passion for philanthropy into events that not only support national causes but also uplift his local area. Despite his national reach, Tug has always prioritized giving back to Lima, using his expertise and connections to create meaningful events that benefit local organizations. He believes in the power of homegrown impact and remains dedicated to building a stronger, more connected Lima through his work.

Keith JACKSON

Sports Consultant 

Keith Jackson is a licensed NIL Agent, branding strategist, and sports business leader who brings a powerful blend of athlete advocacy, creative direction, and operational experience to the Unicent Sports Division. With a background in athlete representation, program branding, and community-driven sports initiatives, Keith leads Unicent’s NIL services with a focus on integrity, education, and long-term athlete success.

As founder of 1ENT Sports Group and owner of Kre8ive Branding Sports, Keith has spent years guiding athletes, teams, and organizations through personal brand development, content strategy, and modern NIL readiness. He also contributes coaching expertise at Shawnee High School Girls Basketball and leads community efforts including the annual Khalil Luster Shoe Giveaway. Keith’s work blends professionalism, creativity, and relationship-building positioning him as a key driver of Unicent’s expanding sports division.
